As a SimplyMerit Customer Success Engineer, each of the G2 badges means a lot because we pride ourselves on having a scalable platform that is easy to use and flexible to deploy. For me, the “Users Most Likely to Recommend” badge stands out because our customers’ reviews were the determining factor for G2 to award SimplyMerit these badges.
Our customers frequently mention that SimplyMerit is easy to use, highly configurable, provides flexibility, and offers dependable technical support. A compensation management platform needs to be easy to use because managers do not have the time to learn new software that will be used on a quarterly basis (at most). Additionally, compensation management platforms need to be highly configurable (customizable) and flexible to accommodate each organization’s unique needs and processes. Lastly, technical support should be readily available to help organizations overcome their challenges and to ensure the software is working as expected.
